Lee Kuan Yew is an honest man
Insider's Information
This is what they do, when they "beo" your kidneys, liver, eyes, the moment you are admitted to hospital:
Thurs 1 Feb 07:
5 am: admitted to SGH
X am: diagnosed as having had a mild stroke
No active medical treatment (eg. CT scan) given for the next 2 days, plus
- not allowed to urinate in toilet
- hands tied to bed
[thus patient got emotional]
[thus brain condition became worse]
Sat, 3rd Feb 07
[thus patient went into coma]
100+ hours (more than 4 days) later after admission...
Mon, 5th Feb 07
X am/pm:
- did a CT scan, solely to cover SGH's backside (as explained below)
- declared patient as brain dead
- issued death certificate
- immediately wanted to remove organs
100+ hours? 4 days? What the F?
Lee Kuan Yew has told all Singaporeans that in Singapore, anyone who has a stroke, would been given a CT scan "within one-and-a-half to two hours flat". He further explained that our system is superior to the UK system where if someone had a stroke in the middle of the night (as did happened to his wife), he would have to wait for several hours till daytime for a CT scan, because unlike in Singapore, they dont have 24 hours CT scanning facility.
Lee Kuan Yew never lie. And he never ever make any mistake, no matter big or small. His views on the danger of welfarism and free healthcare system are absolute truth cast in stones. Indeed, all of the western healthcare systems, Britain's included, are no match to Singapore's pay-and-pay system.
So since he said so (with his voice almost choking), then that is indeed the time frame that SGH -- he specially mentioned SGH -- has been operating on all these year, before it abused HOTA!
Human Batteries must therefore ask these questions:
- Why was Mr. Sim not given his CT scan within 2 hours, which LKY said is the norm?
- Why instead did SGH wait till he became unconcious and even then for another 2 days, and then just before harvesting his organs, before finally doing the long over-dued CT scan?
- Was the CT scan done, not for treatment purpose - because if it were so, it would have been done within 2 hours, remember? - but to cover SGH's ass, in case someone questions whether the patient was really brain dead or not?
- Why was his hands tied? (cannot tell him nicely that he must pee in bed meh?)
No one is against the spirit, principle and good intention of HOTA, but every one is against the abuse of HOTA! So all you pap moles all over the various forums, stop your "the-family-is-selfish" diversion. We know your tricks - you are trying to divert away from the crux of the matter: ABUSE of HOTA!
SGH has "under-treated" and/or delayed rendering treatment to Mr. Sim, in its attempt to harvest organs and this constitutes an abuse of HOTA. Granted, this statement cannot be substantiated fully at this stage (which is why we need a full-scale investigation, as would have been done in a country with real democracy!), but, hey, it is by no means an unfounded allegation - there is probable cause to raise doubt.
Lee Kuan Yew is our star witness. His wise words are our key evidences.
屁鸦屁的走狗们, 你们说对不对?

i am wondering whether it is becos there are some VIPs (very important patients) waiting for the transplant???
we should demand transparency here. or easier to do: opt out like i did.
Exactly! That indeed is a very valid question that begs to be answered, along with other questions that I mentioned in the post. In fact, a full investigation into whether HOTA has been abused is in order. Alas, such an investigation will occur only when enough pressure is brought to bear, when people vote out of HOTA en masse, thus rendering HOTA meaningless.
That's the kind of govt we have - it will never conduct an inquiry into anything unless and until it is forced to. Wherever possible, it will protect its own kind, ranging from a few weeks (in the commando dunking case) to more than a decade (in NKF's case)!!!
In a way, I don't really blame the govt for that. Com'on, let's be realistic, politicians are politicians, and they are the same everywhere - the greatest liars in the world. Why would any politician want to conduct an inquiry into his/her own potential wrong-doings? If it were a non-democracy, there is no motivation since there is no need to win vote. If it were a democracy, it is to its advantage to not dig up its own dirt, since there is a need to win vote!
Either way, it is up to the voters to pressure their govt to conduct such inquiries - voters can do that by voting into govt, politicians from 2 camps, thus getting politicians from camp A to question the actions of those from camp B and vice versa. In other words, a full-fledge democracy with check and balance!
Unfortunately, 66.6% of singaporean don't seem to understand the nature of politicians. They obviously thought that it is ok to have a 1-party govt. In effect, they have given the govt "a blank check" to write. These 66.6% also think that human rights and free speech and free press are of no importance - and that's despite various cases such as NKF, commando dunking and now organ robbery, which clearly demonstrate the need for such liberties and rights. Fools! A promising nation going down the slippery slope as absolute power leads to absolute corruption, egged on by citizens, 66.6% of which are such fools!
What a waste. It pains me to see it. Maybe leaving, so that one does not need to witness such decay, is the way to go. The chinese call it: 眼不见为净!
The police involvement at the hospital is also very suspicious and questionable. They seem to be assisting in the "robbery". Why weree the police called in? And why without any kind of investigation done they straight away took the side of the hospital and treated the victim's family and relatives like they are trouble-makers?
Imagine when PAP losses the GE, then the police called in are Gurkha, and the hospital staff are civil servants and election department people and the crying relatives are singaporeans. Now that's scary.
The Gurkhas are here solely for the purpose of helping the Lee family escape from the country during a peasant uprising on the Island. Police are of no use in such a situation; They need military people. But he is doubtful of the loyalty of his own army generals and soldiers - who are, afterall Singaporeans and who may have friends or relatives in the rebel group.
The solution is simple: keep a very sizeable number of militarily trained Gurkhas, isolate them from the locals so that their "loyalty" will not be diluted/corrupted by the peasants, and in a revolt, rely on them to fight and kill the local peasants and rebel soldiers, in order to open a road for the Lees to go the airport to leave the country.
So who fund the Gurkhas? Singapore peasants! Peasants pay money to feed an entire camp of Gurkhas, so that these gurkhas can kill their sons and daughters when these same peasants rebel, so that their evil master can escape with their money to another country! How foolish can citizens get? Only in Singapore! hahaha!
Hi Human Battery...
Juz like 2 check w/u that... Usually when they do the CT Scan u mention... Will/Must the patient family be inform abt it...?!?
We didnt knw abt this till u ask me abt it... then i check with my family r they inform/told abt this not...!?!
Of course a patient's family must be informed of any test/treatment that is going to be done, since the patient is unconcious and cannot decide for himself. But much more important than the CT scan, I think you should ask SGH for a detailed bill breakdown - a bill that shows exactly what test they conducted on your brother and when they did each test, instead of showing just the total amount. Check the detailed bill to see when they did the blood test to check for kidney conditions. (The bill may contain the word "nephrological" or something like that). They will definitely have to do such a test before tranplanting the kidneys. But the question is: WHEN did they do it?
Sources say that even before a patient becomes brain-dead i.e. when the patient is still alive, the hospitals are already doing such blood test to see if the kidneys can be robbed! Please verify if this is true in your brother's case. If you have a bill to prove that the hospital was already eyeing his kidneys even BEFORE he was declared brain dead, you should expose them. You can read more about it here: http://forums.delphiforums.com/sammyboymod/messages?msg=134171.11 (see the last 4th paragraph of msg 11). In any case, I think you should refuse to pay the part of the bill that concerns this kidney test (and liver test etc). It should be MOH/HOTA or the organ receipients that should be paying for them!
